Frequently Asked Questions

How hard is it to install and customize the WPInsurance theme?

Not hard at all. If you can follow instructions, you can install and customize the WPInsurance theme. We provide step by step instructions accompanied with video.

However, if you doubt your ability to do this we have a “done for you” setup you can purchase.

Can you upload the WPInsurance theme and customize my website for me?

Yes. For an additional fee of $250 at checkout, we’ll upload the theme to your host, connect to your registrar, add free Lets Encrypt SSL certificate (if available through your host), upload custom images to homepage & landing page, setup WPInsurance Quoters on your site or integrate with any instant quoters you have.

I already have a website on WordPress, will uploading this theme work?

Yes. All content will transfer, HOWEVER you’ll have to customize the homepage for our theme. It’s simple and we’ll walk you through customizing the homepage in our knowledgebase.

If you have any custom pages on your website, we recommend uploading the theme in a staging environment and testing it first.

If you would like WPInsurance to install the theme on your existing website, please email support@wpinsurance.org with your domain name and also link to any custom pages if you have any. We’ll reply back with a price. It can range anywhere from $250 - $2500 depending on how much work it will take. Basic WordPress sites with less than 20 pages will be $250 though.

I don’t know how to use WordPress, where should I learn?

You can Google or YouTube “WordPress Training” for in-depth training. Many agents jump right in without any training and figure it out since it’s so intuitive and easy to use.

How can I post leads to my CRM?

Our custom forms use HTTP post and pretty much all CRMs take that type of post. Simply follow our documentation in our knowledgebase. It will take someone tech savvy to figure this out.

If you want us to set this up for you, we charge $140/per CRM post setup.

How do I setup my own email address?

We highly recommend using Gmail and they make it very easy to setup.

Are there any other costs associated beyond the cost of the theme?

You also need to pay for hosting (as little as $7/mo) and of course your domain name (around $12 per year). There are no other required costs from WPInsurance.

You’ll receive an email with recommended hosts that work well with our theme (fast and easy to use).

Can I switch a site license to another website?

No. Once you activate a license on your website, it’s permanent. If you have multiple sites, we recommend one of our multiple site license packages.

What’s the catch? Other vendors charge monthly fees.

No catch. If you want access to our theme updates and support, there’s a $200 annual fee which is included in the price for the first year. It’s not required though.

What if I change my mind and want a refund?

We offer no-questions asked refund to all customers within 14 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase immediately.
